Interview Nails

Its always hard to decide what to wear for an interview - you want to be conservative, but not too conservative and you want to make sure your personality comes across in what you wear as well. I recently went to an interview and decided to wear neutral colours, but jazzed it up with jewellry and awesome nails, that you can see here.

I started with...you guessed it...a clear base coat, followed by two layers of a light blue shimmery nail varnish. Then I used a purple nail polish to create the tips in a triangular shape. I then used a thin brush to draw the blue lines separating the blue and purple (always useful to tidy up a design). While this was still wet, I positioned the diamantes with an orange stick. They are all circular, apart from on the ring finger where I decided to used star shaped ones. To finish I used a clear glittery nail varnish on the ring finger for some extra sparkle. I finished it all off with a top coat...and there you have it, jazzy interview nails!
